Step1: Go to the top of this page under File and open Edit Page.

Step 2:  Go to Format at the top of the page and open up Page Colors and Properties.  Change the background colors of this page.

Step 3:  Delete everything on this page and type in your own words. This will now be your web page.

Step 4:  Save your web page into a folder on your disk.  You must save this file under this name:  index
